Terms of Use for the Meihub Platform

1. Introduction

This Terms of Use ("Terms") governs the relationship between the Meihub platform ("Platform") and the individual or legal entity ("User") using the services offered by the Platform. By using the Platform, the User agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.


2.Definitions

  • User: Refers to individuals or legal entities registered on the Platform.

  • Platform: The online service Meihub, which provides tools for managing independent contractors, including digital contract signing, mass payments, and invoice generation.

  • Authentication: The process by which the User confirms their identity using a phone number or email.

  • Account: The User's personal profile on the Platform.

  • Simple Electronic Signature (SES): A method for signing electronic documents provided by Meihub.


3. Services Offered

Meihub offers the following services:

  • Contract Management: Tools to facilitate the creation, signing, and management of contracts with service providers.

  • Mass Payments: An integrated solution for making batch payments to service providers, via partnerships with reliable financial institutions.

  • Invoice Generation: A tool for issuing and storing invoices, reducing the likelihood of tax errors.


4. Registration and Verification

To use Meihub's services, the User must register by providing accurate and complete information. Identity verification through document upload and phone number validation will be required. Meihub may request additional data as required by law.


5. Licensing and Use of Services

Meihub's services are available exclusively to registered Users. Account use is personal and non-transferable. The User agrees to:

  • Use the services in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Not share their access credentials with third parties.

  • Terminate the use of services as described in these Terms.

Cancellation: The User may cancel their subscription by providing 30 days' notice. After cancellation, access will be suspended, and any outstanding balances will remain the User's responsibility.


6. Meihub's Proprietary Electronic Signature

Meihub uses its own electronic signature to validate contracts and documents. Although Meihub's electronic signature is legally valid under Brazilian law (including Provisional Measure 2.200-2/2001), it does not correspond to an A1 or A3 digital certificate. For cases requiring higher legal security, the use of specific digital certificates may be necessary.


7. User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for:

  • Keeping their registration information up to date and accurate.

  • Protecting their access credentials.

  • Using the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of this document.


8. Responsibilities and Technical Support

Meihub provides technical support to Users, which includes:

  • Assistance in using the platform.

  • Resolution of technical issues.

  • Clarification of doubts regarding the services.

Meihub is not responsible for problems arising from third parties, such as financial institutions and tax authorities. The User's responsibility includes providing correct data and keeping their information updated.


9. Privacy Policy

The data collected by Meihub will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable law. The protection, collection, and use of User data follow the regulations set forth by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).


10. Changes to the Terms of Use

Meihub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via email. Continued use of the services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the court of the city of São Paulo being the chosen

venue for resolving any disputes related to the use of services, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
